FLATBED

Extreme’s flatbeds offer the industry’s best tare weight, which means more freight per trip, not more trailer weight. With a tare weight reduction of 1,000 to 1,800 lb and a deck 35 to 50% stronger, the XP series is more profitable at the bottom line. Three models depending on your application: the XP55 handles 55,000 lb in a 4-foot zone, 60,000 lb in a 10-foot zone, GVWR up to 100,000 lb. The XP65 steps up to 65,000 lb in a 4-foot zone, 75,000 lb in a 10-foot zone, GVWR of 110,000 lb. The XP75 for heavy duty pushes to 75,000 lb in a 4-foot zone, 85,000 lb in a 10-foot zone, GVWR of 120,000 lb.

DROP DECK

Extreme’s drop decks (XS series) are the lightest and strongest on the market, built to last with minimal maintenance. Available in standard lengths from 48 to 53 feet, with options of 28, 32, 45 and 51 feet for specialized applications. The patent-pending design takes 1,000 to 1,600 lb off the tare weight and delivers a deck 35 to 50% stronger, which translates into less maintenance, less downtime and more profit per trip. Two models depending on your application: the XS60, the versatile one with variable neck height and removable bulkheads, handles 50,000 lb in a 4-foot zone, 70,000 lb in a 10-foot zone, GVWR up to 120,000 lb. The XS70 for heavy haul pushes to 60,000 lb in a 4-foot zone, 70,000 lb in a 10-foot zone, GVWR of 120,000 lb, while still being among the lightest in its class.
