The front of the trailer is rounded, so there’s no need to add a tarp cap, it’s already built into the design. This cap is also stronger since it’s not bolted on, it’s part of the wall itself.

Unlike many trailers where the kingpin is welded, the Titan’s is bolted on. The result: swapping it out takes about 5 minutes instead of 7 hours.

The front door is sealed with butterfly latches. An important detail for grain haulers, since without this seal, water can get in.

The floor underneath and inside the box is a smooth-wall design. This makes the box stronger and reduces wind resistance.
