Aluminum Dump Trailer

We have the best dumpers on the market because they were designed for you.

This was made possible through a collaboration involving engineers, mechanics, heavy-duty truck drivers, around fifty Quebec customers, and the experts at Remorques Labelle.

Our box is wider than the competition’s. To increase its sturdiness, we added 5 divisions instead of 2.

We also reduced the thickness of the inner walls by a quarter-inch. The result: a lighter box that is far more impact-resistant.

The crossmembers are built with the same aluminum as the frame: 6061-T6 aluminum. The axles use this same alloy, known for its strength.

We’ve eliminated the crossmember lip that collects dirt, reducing overall weight. The crossmembers under the box are reinforced to the chassis for added strength.

The rubber between the box and the chassis sits in a rail, making it easy to replace and extending its lifespan six times longer.

The angle between the floor and the walls is steeper than on most trailers.

This incline makes the walls less flexible and more stable, giving the box structure more rigidity.
